Study reveals ‘ideal’ number of sexual partners to have… Can you guess what it is?
APPARENTLY there is a ‘Goldilocks’ figure for the number of notches on your belt
Can YOU guess the alleged 'ideal' number of sexual partners to have?
It’s not exactly a stock standard survey topic.
But new research has suggested that there is an ‘ideal’ number of lovers to have had.
The research, conducted by extra-marital dating site IllicitEncounters.com, surveyed over 1,000 people to find out how many people they would want a new partner to have had sex with in the past.
So what’s the lucky lovers’ number? About 10, apparently.
New research suggests there is an 'ideal' number of partners to have had
Majority of people surveyed - 38 per cent of women and 37 per cent of men - said between eight and 12 was the perfect previous partner range.
Within that bracket, both genders agreed that 10 was the winning ‘Goldilocks’ figure - ‘neither too hot nor too cold’.
According to the poll, those who had more than 10 partners were deemed promiscuous while single digits suggests someone is lacking experience between the sheets.
A tally in excess of 20 partners was considered a ‘turn-off’.
The lucky lovers' number is 10, according to the study
