Subway new prices: What is Subway's new price list?
SUBWAY is just one of hundreds of restaurants in the UK taking part in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. But, what is Subway's new price list?
Subway outline their new safety measures during pandemic
The scheme was introduced by Chancellor Rishi Sunak in a bid to help the struggling hospitality industry, which has been closed for the best part of four months. Mr Sunak said: “Our restaurants, cafes and bars play a vital role in our economy, employing more than a million people. They have been hit hard by coronavirus, so it’s vital we do everything we can to help them recover. Our Eat Out to Help Out scheme is designed to get more customers through the door – protecting jobs by giving businesses to retain and hire staff.”
How does the Eat Out to Help Out scheme work?
The discount programme gives people half price off their bill when eating or drinking in participating restaurants.
Eat Out to Help Out is valid all day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and will last from August 3 to August 31.
The discount will be automatically applied to your bill, and will only be counted on food and drink eaten on the premises, rather than takeaway.
There is no minimum spend and no limit to how many times you can use the discount, or for how many people, and it includes children.
The offer can also be used in conjunction with other offers and deals the restaurant has on offer.
