Linda Robson, 60, from Islington, is an actress and panellist on Loose Women.
The Londoner has managed to lose an impressive two and a half stone.
How has Linda shed the weight, which kept her from feeling confident poolside for years.
The actress has revealed some of her tips and tricks to her fellow ITV panellists.

The actress played Tracey Stubbs in the sitcom Birds of a Feather.
The very popular programme began in 1989 and a final and twelfth series has been commissioned.
Linda has also appeared in The Bill and Crossroads, and since 2012 has been a member of the Loose Women team.
She told fellow presenters that she was “proud” of her incredible weight loss.
Linda said on Loose Women: “I’m proud of what I’ve done.
“I’ve lost over two-and-a-half stone, I’ve been going to the gym.”

Linda revealed that she had given up one of her favourite things - wine.
She told the panellists: “I’ve cut out wine – that was the hardest thing – so why not?”
And this appears to be working for Linda as she has been vocal about her improved confidence after shedding the weight.
“I have spent all my life walking around swimming pools in sarongs, covering myself up.
“For the first time in I don’t know how many years, I actually felt comfortable walking around in a swimming costume and not feeling like I had to cover everything up.”

In an Instagram post, Linda wrote: “Just did a really hard work out @barryslondon keeping up my New Years resolution eat healthy no sugar and exercise as often as I can 2018 going to get fit as I can.”
Nigella Lawson weight loss has also impressed many fans.
She has lost an impressive two stone in weight in recent years, according to The Sun.
She has also dropped three dress sizes, going from a curvy size 16 to a more streamlined size 12.
But how did she do it? Nigella is not a fan of fad diets, and instead followed a more realistic everyday diet.
