In her video, she proudly announced: "I've lost 15lb in 3 weeks. This has been my go-to lunch," as she presented a bowl of food to her viewers.

But what exactly is Nicole's secret recipe?

Firstly, you'll need 3/4 cup of cooked, cold ground turkey, which should be placed in a bowl. The same quantity of quinoa is then added to the turkey.

Next, it's time to incorporate mixed vegetables into the mix. "I use red onion, cucumber, and red pepper", she captioned the clip, but you can add any veggies of your preference.

Tzatziki is then added to the bowl, with Nicole suggesting one to two tablespoons of the sauce. She described the meal as "so delicious and filling", helping her avoid excessive snacking throughout the afternoon.
