Watercress, pear and Roquefort salad
Serves 2 - 290 calories/22g fat/11g saturated fat
Ingredients
150g (5oz) watercress, washed
1 ripe pear, quartered, core removed and flesh sliced
100g (3½oz) Roquefort cheese, roughly chopped
15g (½oz) walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsps fat-free dressing
Method
Place the watercress in a large bowl then mix in the pear, cheese and walnuts.
Drizzle over the dressing, toss and serve immediately
