Plus, this recipe incorporates delicious ingredients like pancetta and fresh herbs, ensuring each muffin is packed with taste.

Making stuffing in muffin tins is my favorite because the individual portions are great for portion control. If you make this stuffing alongside a turkey, pour some of the pan juices from the cooked turkey over the stuffing to make it moister yum! #stuffing #stuffingmuffins #thanksgivingdinner #thanksgivingrecipes #thanksgivingsides

“To start, I cook down some pancetta until the fat renders. Once that’s done, I melt some butter and add in chopped onion, celery, and plenty of fresh herbs like parsley and sage.”

The healthy recipe guru added: “Don't forget to season with salt and pepper! I sauté everything until it’s nice and tender.

“Next, I mix this flavourful mixture with some dried bread cubes. I like to use my hands to really combine everything well.

“Then, I whip together some broth and eggs and add that to the stuffing. This step helps bind everything together. Finally, I pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake them at 375°F for about 25 minutes, or until they’re golden brown. Enjoy!”
