The celebrity chef has a ham and pea pasta recipe that was her children’s favourite growing up. It serves two to three people, but the recipe can be doubled depending on how much you want to make.
She is known for her quick yet delicious recipes, like her chicken teriyaki that takes just about 30 minutes to cook.

Ingredients
- 200 grams farfalle pasta (or other short pasta)
- 100 grams frozen petits pois
- 150 millilitres double cream
- 150 grams diced ham
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add the pasta to boiling salted water, and cook according to the instructions on the box. Five minutes after you’ve added in the pasta, pour the peas into the pasta and water.
Once pasta is cooked, drain both the peas and pasta. Put the dry pan back on the heat with cream, ham and Parmesan. Cook until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Add the pasta and peas back in, tossing everything together well.
