Exciting new trailer for Gary Barlow's Let It Shine
As part of the opening sequence of his new show, Take That star Gayr Barlow was asked to film a shower scene - which meant going topless.
In an attempt to get in the “best shape of his life” for the appearance, Gary decided to enrol in a strict fitness regime.
“Training was pretty intense. I’m 45 now, to go topless on TV is like, ‘I’m gonna get in shape for this,’" he told The Sun.
“I wanted to get semi-decent. I didn’t want the moobs flopping away there.”

Gary’s new BBC 1 show sees him on the lookout for a five-piece boyband to star in his new stage production, called The Band.
In 2002, Gary said he “rolled out of bed 17 stone”.
He now claims he’s finally found a healthy way of life after years of yo-yo dieting.
“I went through every single diet book, anything and everything that’s out there I’ve probably done, all of those diets,” he said.

“And it’s taken me years to get to a place where I just eat good, healthy food and I’m happy with it and I don’t crave sweets and chocolate.”
Over the last few months, Gary has revealed exactly how he managed to trim down on Twitter and Instagram.
Every morning he starts the day with a herbal tea and fresh lemon with hot water.
He also makes sure to eat a kiwi a day too.

For breakfast, he tucks in to porridge soaked over night in homemade almond milk, he snacks on raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and greek yoghurt smoothies and enjoys a good portion of meat and veg every night.
But it’s not just Gary’s diet which has taken an overhaul.
His exercise regime ranges from two-hour long yoga sessions to 12km hikes.
