HEALTH food junkies can now feast on a burger, chips and shake made from more than 50 so-called superfoods in what has been dubbed the “world's healthiest meal”.

The “nutri-burger” is made up of a matcha gluten-free brioche bun and beet, natto, quinoa and mushroom patty, accompanied by purple and orange sweet potato chips and a thick chocolate shake made of cacao, bee pollen and activated nuts.
The recipe, devised by chef and nutritionist Libby Limon for the deals website Groupon, has an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value that is the equivalent of eating 1.5kg of blueberries, according to a report from the Campden BRI laboratory.
It provides more than 100 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C and iodine and is rich in B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin K, magnesium, potassium, selenium, choline and zinc, as well as being both gluten- and dairy-free and suitable for vegetarians.
It even contains all of the five-a-day, its creators claim.
Consumers can download the recipe for free from the Groupon website.
