The expansion opens up a whole new area of the game
The Following opens up a new area in the Dying Light world for gamers to explore, with a drivable buggy perfect for mowing down zombies also available.
Techland are also introducing a new 'Nightmare' difficulty mode, which restricts overpowered Easter Egg weapons as well as making enemies even more formidable.
There will also be a Nightmare difficulty mode for hardcore players
Night-time lasts longer than usual, with an XP penalty implemented to punish players who die.
Producer Tymon Smektala explained: "We've designed the Nightmare Mode for those seeking a really challenging and immersive experience. Nightmare Mode takes everything that was brutal in our Hard Mode and twists it even more."
