AVENGERS 4’s trailer will now arrive on Friday morning, after being postponed due to President George HW Bush’s funeral.

Everything was pointing to the Avengers 4 trailer finally arriving today. Not only was this being affirmed among Hollywood insiders with Marvel sources on Twitter, but was even confirmed by Disney’s President of Marketing. But then yesterday came rumours that the date may have changed again before it was revealed this was indeed the case. Today at 11am EST is the funeral of President George HW Bush and on a national day of mourning Disney do not want to overshadow the event with a record-breaking trailer launch. But now a new date has been shared by Hollywood insider Daniel R.
He tweeted: “First trailer for Avengers 4 will drop this Friday morning. And yes this is final.”
That means mid-afternoon for UK fans awaiting the Marvel epic’s teaser.
This was affirmed by others including Annihilation title leaker Jeremy Conrad and The DisInsider’s Skyler Shuler.
The latter tweeted: “Rest assured when Daniel and Jeremy mentioned other dates, those dates were accurate, the studio has decided multiple times to move release for various reasons.”

It's not subjective when there's no market trading on the day of mourning, that affects Disney financially and they won't start a huge marketing campaign on a day when the market is closed. How hard is that to understand? https://t.co/TZ60pRYIgA

On a National Day of Mourning, most of the government is closed in the US. A big thing is the NYSE is closed and there is no trading all day.
Disney won't release an #Avengers4 trailer on a day where it can't positively affect their stock price.
While the news will be disappointing for Marvel fans eager to see the trailer, the move is understandable with a former president’s funeral happening.
Meanwhile, Conrad has alleged it’s also a financial move for Disney.
One fan insensitively tweeted: “Funerals happen everyday big deal. Mourning is subjective.”
And Conrad replied: “It's not subjective when there's no market trading on the day of mourning, that affects Disney financially and they won't start a huge marketing campaign on a day when the market is closed. How hard is that to understand?”
While earlier in the day he tweeted: “For those who don't understand: On a National Day of Mourning, most of the government is closed in the US.”
“A big thing is the NYSE [New York Stock Exchange] is closed and there is no trading all day.
Disney won't release an Avengers 4 trailer on a day where it can't positively affect their stock price.”
Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on April 26, 2019.
