Coronation Street’s Bruno Langley charged with sexual assault after confirming soap exit
CORONATION STREET star Bruno Langley has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, it has been confirmed.

The report comes after a woman claimed she was sexually assaulted at a music venue in Manchester.
Langley, 34 - who has played Todd Grimshaw on Coronation Street since 2001 - has since confirmed he has left the ITV soap.
A Greater Manchester Police spokeswoman told Express.co.uk: "Bruno Langley has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and will appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 28 November 2017.
"At around 1am on Sunday 1st October 2017, police received a report that a woman in her 30s had been sexually assaulted at a music venue on Swan Street in the Northern Quarter."

The news comes after an ITV spokesperson confirmed that the actor “was no longer contracted to Coronation Street”.
Langley, who has denied any claims of wrongdoing made against him, said of his departure: "Sadly I will no longer be working on Coronation Street.
"Acting on the show has been the fulfilment of a personal dream."
Langley has played Todd Grimshaw in Corrie since 2001
He continued: "Playing the role of Todd Grimshaw since I was 17 years old has been a huge part of my life, and an absolute honour.
"I would like to thank all my friends who work on the show for their love, friendship and support during this difficult period."
Langley added that he will make another statement "when [he] is able to do so”.
