Kim Kardashian was reportedly tailed by two men prior to her robbery
The reality star is believed to have been tailed for as much as three days before she was tied up in her Paris apartment in the early hours of Monday.
Sources close to the French police investigation told the MailOnline that the pair are said to be suspects.
"We know there was one man who pretended to be a photographer who followed the American celebrity on a motorbike to find out her whereabouts," an insider told them.
They continued: "Another man pretended to be a plain-clothed detective to try to get a seat next to her at the exclusive Ferdi restaurant on Thursday night. But both men were fakes.

"The photographer tried to listen in to the conversations by other snappers but he was challenged by the genuine ones. And the so-called policeman fled when staff at Ferdi asked to see his credentials."
It comes after TMZ claimed the 35-year-old was bound and gagged before being placed in a bathtub during the nighttime raid.
It is said that Kim originally feared that the thugs were planning to sexually assault her as one of the five men grabbed her by the ankles.

As details continue to emerge about the frightening incident, it's since been revealed that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was laying in bed with her robe on when the men first made their way onto the premises.
After hearing loud footsteps pound the stairs of the two-storey home, she immediately tried calling long-time bodyguard Pascal Duvier, who was out looking after Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
A spokesperson for Kim - who has since returned to her home in New York City - said that she was left "badly shaken but physically unharmed" by the ordeal.
