The 30-year-old - who regularly shows off her enviable physique in an array of sizzling shots - turned her back to the camera and posed topless, just wearing a pair of skimpy bottoms.
Abbey wore her blonde locks in tousled waves and displayed her incredibly toned pins as she stared out over the fields.
Not naming her whereabouts, the model captioned the photograph: "Morning", alongside a sunshine and kissing emoji.
Unsurprisingly, the picture went down a storm with her 362,000 followers, with one person posting: "Body envy!!!" while another gushed: "Your body is EPIC."

A further person joked: "Totally regretting that chicken dipper sandwich i just ate," as another social networker said: "Serious bum goals."
Abbey gave birth to her second daughter, Liberty Rose, last June, and she previously spoke out about losing those post-baby pounds.
She said in an interview: "It’s strange it makes news. I don’t like those stories when it’s put in a negative light.
"Like I’m starving myself. I live with a professional athlete [her footballer husband, Peter Crouch]."
Abbey is certainly not shy when it comes down to showing off her enviable curves

She went on to tell Women's Health magazine: "We eat healthy meals, home-cooked fresh food. My mum had four children and each time she had a baby, she was back to normal within weeks.
"So genetics play a strong part. I don’t diet, but with a five-year-old [Sophia Ruby], a new baby and no nannies, neither do I sit still.
"I’m 9st now. Your shape just changes. My boobs went. My belly button’s a big saggier. But I’ve got two beautiful babies, so I’m not that concerned."
