Poldark's Aidan Turner reunites with his leading ladies Eleanor Tomlinson and Heida Reed
POLDARK fans may have to wait until later this year for the highly-anticipated second series, however they got a treat when the drama's cast reunited tonight.
The Poldark cast reunited on the red carpet in Monte Carlo tonight
Leading man Aidan Turner was accompanied by his on-screen ladies Eleanor Tomlinson and Heida Reed for the closing ceremony at the 56th Monte Carlo Television Festival.
The 32-year-old looked a world away from his dashing on-screen alter-ego Ross thanks to his smart black suit and tie.
The bearded actor, who is currently the favourite to become the next James Bond, is usually seen in period garb befitting to the 1800s-based show.
Meanwhile, Eleanor, 24, who plays Poldark's Demelza, matched her fictional husband in a plunging dress.

The brunette beauty stunned in a pink frock
The daughter of actor and horse racing commentator Malcolm Tomlinson flashed plenty of cleavage in the slinky attire, which also came complete with a thigh-high split.
Wearing her red tresses tied up, the star polished off her attire with green dangly earrings, a clutch bag and a slick of red lipstick.
Heida bucked the trend altogether and instead strutted down the scarlet carpet in a pale pink creation.

Aidan looked a long way from Ross earlier in the week
The 28-year-old, who stars as Ross Poldark's first love Elizabeth, stood out from the crowd in the lacy number, which came completed with a sheer hemline.
The duo are currently gearing up for series two of the programme, based on the novels by Winston Graham.
Also in attendance on the night was Jane Seymour, Kelly Kruger, Danny Glover and Jason Priestley.
