The 56-year-old proved he was quite the doting father as he played Mr Potato Head with his little mini-me, aged two, before feeding him some raisins.
Joined by his colleague Heidi Klum, 43, on the sofa, Simon told her: "I love saying yes to people on the stage but sometimes you just have to say no, right?"
Eric clearly knows his dad all too well as he interrupted him, saying: "Not to daddy," prompting laughter from the gorgeous blonde.
It seems the youngster is also taking after the music mogul's signature look, sporting a pair of light blue jeans and a T-shirt, teamed with a cardigan.
