OLA Jordan has been left on crutches after she sustained a serious injury while training for Channel 4's winter sports programme The Jump.

The Strictly Come Dancing star was spotted hobbling in pain as she arrived back home from hospital at the weekend.
The 32-year-old dancer was helped from a Range Rover by her husband James Jordan – a former ballroom dancer who left Strictly last year.
Not looking in the best of spirits, Ola was wearing no make-up free and wore a black leather jack, grey tracksuit bottoms, with one leg covered in a black brace, and suede boots.
The Polish-born star reportedly fell on an indoor ski slope at The Snow Centre, in Hemel Hempstead, and has subsequently been ruled out of the show and any group dances on Strictly.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "It was a freak accident and nobody's fault. But she fell heavily and the injuries are very serious.
"She's gutted as she's only just signed and was looking forward to trying something different post-Strictly."
Meanwhile, BBC bosses are said to be angry that they needed to change the Strictly semi-final to accommodate her absence.
"This is not an ideal scenario on the eve of one of our biggest shows of the year," a source told The Sunday Mirror.

The insider added: "While naturally concerned for Ola's well-being, the producers are seething that she was hurt while training for a rival show.
"We just cannot understand what she was thinking, doing winter sports while Strictly is at such a crucial stage."
Ola had been partnered TV wildlife expert Steve Backshall in the latest series of Strictly, before they were eliminated from the competition three weeks ago.
