'There's nothing quite like Doctor Who' David Tennant films 50th anniversary episode
DAVID Tennant has revealed that filming the 50th anniversary episode of Doctor Who has felt like returning home.
The 41-year-old has nothing but praise for the popular BBC1 show after returning to the set.
"It is strange being back in the same suit, but it also feels very familiar and comfortable," he told TV & Satellite Week.
"There's nothing quite like Doctor Who. It has a wonderful excitement about it. I always had happy times there."

The Scottish star has joined forces with current Doctor, Matt Smith, and his new sidekick Jenna-Louise Coleman and has also found himself reunited with Billie Piper, who starred alongside Tennant in the show as Rose Tyler.
"It's lovely to be around Billie again, even though I see her all the time anyway," Tennant added.
The aniversary episode is set to resurrect classic Who monsters the Zygons and will be broadcast in 3D and shown in cinemas around the UK.
