The former Spice Girl was pictured leaving the London eatery following the celebrations and was flanked by her close family.
As she sat in the back on a chauffeur-driven vehicle, Victoria cuddled up to her eldest son Brooklyn, who was sitting next to his grandmother Jackie.
Unsurprisngly, the fashion designer had certainly dressed up for the occasion and was wearing a bright orange blazer.
He and Victoria have hardly spent any time together of late and so David's saying he's going to spoil her rotten and make up for lost time. He's booked a five-star hotel and will pull out all the stops.
She was also sporting an impressive tan and some false eyelashed, while her long brown hair was left down in a loose wave.
Brooklyn, 14, was wearing a red hoody while his younger brothers sat behind him in the car.
Victoria clealy had a good day as she celebrated being another year closer to 40, as she tweeted: "Thank you for all your messages! Having a special day with my boys and Harper x vb" before adding: "So much fun on my birthday!! Thank u so much!!!! X vb"
However, the mother-of-four must have been missing her husband David, who was busy training in France.
The footballer is said to have planned a romantic weekend in Paris for his wife, and has organised for flights to bring her, the children and her parents over to the city so that he can spend some quality time with her.
"David was on duty with his club Paris St Germain so couldn't be with Victoria yesterday, the day of her actual 39th," a source told The Mirror.
"Obviously, they spoke lots and he'd arranged a series of small gifts, including flowers, to be with her on the day, courtesy of the kids. But his main present is flights for the whole family, including the grandparents, to join him in the French capital.
