Why Amanda Holden is fully booked
SHE’S living a fascinating showbiz life so we are looking forward to Amanda Holden’s glitzy memoirs. Among other things, the Britain’s Got Talent judge, 42, is to reveal all the riveting details about her failed marriage to comedian Les Dennis and her affair with actor Neil Morrissey.
Amanda says: “I’m writing my autobiography. I always thought that if I didn’t make it as an actress I could be a journalist but all I can say is: ‘Thank heavens for spell check!'”
The glamorous mother-of-two adds that she has an enviable lifestyle: “I will go back to acting. The beauty of BGT is that I can get home to be with the children whereas when I appear in a drama it’s more likely to be 16-hour days.”
And she says BGT has an off-screen “bromance” going on between Simon Cowell and David Walliams. “Something that started as a joke has turned into love – they have become genuine friends.”
