Barnes recording benefit album for Australia flood victims
Scottish/Australian rocker JIMMY BARNES has rounded up his musical family members to record an album in aid of the victims of the devastating floods Down Under.
Thousands of homes have been evacuated in and around Queensland since downpours blighted communities and cut off towns in the state last month (Dec10).
More than 70 people have been reported missing and nine confirmed dead as WENN went to press - and Barnes is determined to help raise funds for those affected by the disaster.
He has teamed up with his brother-in-law Mark 'Diesel' Lizotte and three of his children - EJ Barnes, Mahalia Barnes and David Campbell - to put together the Flood Light charity album, according to music website Undercover.
