Strictly Come Dancing drops biggest hint yet Nick Knowles won't perform

BBC fans have spotted a huge clue that Nick Knowles will not be performing for a second weekend in a row on Strictly Come Dancing.

Strictly: Nick Knowles on potentially not dancing this Saturday

Strictly fans are convinced that Nick Knowles is not performing again this weekend, after spotting a huge clue. He was forced to skip last week's live show due to sustaining a knee injury during rehearsals.

The official Instagram page of Strictly Come Dancing posted on their story a video of all the couples on Friday afternoon, but they failed to show Nick and his dance partner Luba.

However, despite being given a free pass to continue onto the following week without dancing, viewers of the show have also been left baffled after Nick was not been included in this week's list of songs and dances.

Strictly Come Dancing usually announces on a Wednesday the song choice for each couple and their type of dance routine. Yet, there was no sign of Nick Knowles being mentioned.

He spoke on the Strictly spin-off show, It Takes Two, on Thursday evening and said to Janette Manrara that there is 'potenial' that he won't be dancing again on Saturday (12 October).

Last weekend, Nick and Luba were due to perform a Charleston to Rain on the Roof from Paddington 2.

A source told The Sun: “It is such a devastating blow for him and he is being supported by the Strictly team. They are sending him for scans and are doing everything they can to make sure he is okay.

“Nick had to fight to make sure he could take part in the first live show after hurting his arm and shoulder and he did so well. This new injury has been a real blow and he is incredibly upset about it."

It comes after Nick was signed off by doctors last week following an anxious wait to be declared fit to dance. He injured his shoulder last week after changing a tyre on his Range Rover.

Strictly Come Dancing returns this Saturday on BBC One.
