Lisa Armstrong has reportedly sold the London mansion she once shared with her ex-husband, Ant McPartlin. The couple purchased the property together in 2006 for £2.3million, and following their split in 2018, Lisa retained ownership of the five-bedroom house.

Six years post-divorce, it's reported that Lisa has made a substantial profit of £1.7million by selling the former marital home for £4million. Over recent years, she had been renting out the luxurious property for an impressive £10,000 per month.

The mansion, described on Rightmove as "a substantial double-fronted family home" complete with a garden, gym, three bathrooms, a cinema room and bar area, was one of the last remaining connections Lisa had to her ex-husband, who recently became a father with his new wife.

A source told The Sun: "There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house. Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant.

"She bought a new home nearby after they divorced and added a pool and a gym. She rented the former marital home out, but after last year's fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn't want the hassle anymore."

Makeup artist Lisa was married to television presenter Ant for more than a decade, standing by him from 2006 until their separation in 2018.

Ant found love again and tied the knot with his former personal assistant Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021, and the couple recently welcomed their son, Wilder Patrick McPartlin.

Ant was brimming with joy as he spoke about his new family addition in May, exclaiming: "Baby is beautiful, Mummy's a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad's a mess.", reports the Mirror.

Meanwhile, Lisa faced a poignant moment as she commemorated the fifth anniversary of her father Derek Armstrong's death, which coincided with Ant's announcement of his newborn.

Lisa, grappling with her emotions, turned to Instagram to share her grief, posting an image of her father's gravestone alongside the heart-wrenching caption: "My Heart...5 years. #MyDegs #MyHero."

Her father Derek, endearingly known as 'Degs,' died on May 13, 2019, at 71.

In the wake of Ant's baby news, Lisa sought solace in Portugal, escaping on a holiday. An insider told The Sun: "The holiday was planned, not because Ant had a baby, but because of the anniversary of her dad's death. She and Ant tried to have children but it wasn't to be, so they got Hurley, their chocolate brown Labrador."

An insider added that Hurley, their beloved dog, has become "her baby now" and Lisa has evidently "moved on from Ant".
