Coronation Street's Georgia Taylor spilled the beans on her former co-star Bradley Walsh's mischievous antics on set, branding him a "b****r" for his knack of inducing uncontrollable laughter during filming.

The star, famed for her role as Toyah Battersby, reminisced about her time with The Chase presenter on Law And Order: UK, where she played junior crown prosecutor Kate Barker to Bradley's detective sergeant Ronnie Brooks a decade ago.

Georgia revealed to Digital Spy how Bradley was the master of making her break into giggles when they were supposed to maintain a stern facade for the camera.

She playfully scolded: "He's a b****r - he's an absolute b****r and I'll tell you why!

"He's one of those people that can be cracking gags, making everybody laugh, and the second they say 'Action!' he's completely straight-faced."

Admitting her own susceptibility to laughter, she confessed: "I can't do that, I don't have those skills! I get the giggles - which I was notorious for on Casualty - and Bradley likes to get you giggling, because then he can just turn it off."

Georgia continued, detailing her struggle to keep a straight face: "I'll be there, stomach-clenching, the muscles in my face twitching, trying so hard not to laugh... he's terrible for that and he very much enjoys doing that!"

Bradley was a beloved figure on Law And Order: UK from 2009 to 2014, playing the role of DS Brooks, a member of London's Major Incident Unit with a strong sense of justice.

Georgia joined the police procedural series in 2013, following her long-term role as Ruth Winters in Casualty, and played Kate until 2014.

In 2016, Georgia made a comeback to Coronation Street as Toyah, a character she had previously portrayed in the ITV soap from 1997 to 2003.

Bradley has also continued to secure acting roles but in recent years, he has become more recognised for hosting popular shows such as The Chase and the revived sports entertainment contest Gladiators, which made a return to our screens this year.
