Boyzone star Ronan Keating has sparked worry among fans after sharing a heartfelt tribute to his wife Storm Keating on Instagram, alongside an image of a new tattoo. The 47 year old singer-songwriter posted a picture of the ink, which is said to represent a samurai warrior, and tagged his wife in the post.

In the caption, he wrote: "For you my warrior today and every day. My Stormy. A challenge ahead but your strength blows my mind. With you every step."

He ended the message with a loving note to his wife, saying: "Love you baby."

However, Ronan did not elaborate on what the "challenge ahead" might be, leading to speculation and concern among his followers. Many took to the comments section to send their well wishes, including some famous faces.

BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball commented: "Sending you all love and strength."
