After a week of plummeting profits on BBC Bargain Hunt, two guests managed to walk away with a huge triple-figure win.

After a bleak week on Bargain Hunt, two guests managed to turn the show around with their whopping win. Ranvir and Katherine were part of the blue team and managed to bag themselves a huge triple-figure profit.
The duo made some sensible buys, with only splashing out the cash once. On their quest, they purchased a selection of Victorian green bottles for £50, which went for £70.
They then went on to grab a three-piece vanity set for £12. Although they did not make a huge return, it sold for £15 – adding another £3 to their profit.
They won the race by forking out £75 for a statue thanks to its staggering return. It was an unusual figure which featured a male’s head.
Hoping to break even, Ranvir and Katherine were left speechless on the BBC programme after it sold for over double the price they paid. Stood on the sidelines of the auction the hunters jumped for joy every time the numbers went up.
The item sold for a staggering £190 – with expert Catherine Southon left as gobsmacked. The star confessed that she did not "predict" that happening.
Catherine who is an antiques expert and much-loved member of the show beamed from ear to ear and rushed to cuddle the guests.

This meant that the guests walked home with a tremendous £138 profit, which had not happened in a long while.
Ecstatic about their triumph, they decided not to go with the bonus buy from Catherine as they feared the risk was too big following their winning streak.
Fans took to social media to share their excitement, with one writing on X [formerly known as Twitter]: “I can’t believe it finally we have a winner." “Thank GOD well done the blue team,” penned a second.
While another chimed in and said: "I take my hat off to the blue team with the head buy". A fourth was quick to praise them and added: "Well played blues, smashed it".
