Peter Andre has confirmed there is no bad blood between himself and Gino D’Acampo after the pair had a disagreement over how to cook pasta.
The Mysterious Girl singer admitted Gino is like “family” despite the Italian chef mocking his culinary skills.
Peter told OK Magazine:"There was a funny story in the press last week that there’s a ‘rift’ between me and Gino D’Acampo, but obviously that couldn’t be further from the truth!
“Basically he wants to admit that he loves my cooking, but he can’t bring himself to do it.
"Gino and his family are like family to me. He’s like my brother – but as I always say, Greeks do it better. Admittedly not pasta,” he finished.
Recalling cooking for the Italian chef on This Morning last week, Peter, 50, said Gino, 46, wasn’t so enthusiastic about sampling his pasta to begin with.
“I know you have Gino here, and let me tell you about Gino…,” Peter began, earning an, "Oh gosh" from Holly Willoughby.
"I remember he came to my house once and I made him a pasta," Peter shared.
"He started telling me how I’m doing it wrong!"

Dermot O’Leary then chimed in with a sarcastic: "That doesn’t sound like him at all."
Pete went on to explain how he managed to silence Gino and, eventually, get his seal of approval.
"I said to him, 'Sit down', obviously politely, I said, 'Sit down, let me make you the Greek pasta and then you can tell me what you think.'
"And he had it and he was telling me how wrong it was, and then he went back for seconds!"
A surprised Holly then asked: "So, what’s in the Greek pasta?"
Pete replied cheekily: "It’s just done with Greek love."
Pete made his own ‘KFC’ burgers on the show, which he actually rebranded as ‘Kentucky Fine Chicken’ given that they weren’t fried.
