Serena Williams looked over the moon as she shared the gender of her second baby with husband Alexis Ohanian.
The pair, who are already parents to Alexis Olympia, took to her YouTube account to share a candid insight into the couple’s gender reveal party in a 6-minute video.
The clip shows Williams standing next to Ohanian, who was holding their five-year-old daughter in his arms while waiting for the big news.
A close-up shot shows the expecting parents looking nervous but unable to contain their smiles before bursting in celebration upon seeing the word “girl” spelled out by droned flying in the sky.
The video, which was uploaded on Monday, also shows Williams and her daughter getting ready for the party, with the sporting star commenting that she was “team pink.”
After saying she was “team pink,” Williams added. “I’m a little nervous because I don’t have any contingency plan if it turns out to be a boy.”
Williams revealed she is expecting baby number two earlier this year as she spoke to Vogue at the Met Gala.
As she strutted the Met Gala carpet, the sportswoman gave fans their first glimpse at her growing bump in a form-fitting black gown.
The 23-time Grand Slam winner stood alongside her husband, Alexis Ohanian, as she revealed on the Vogue livestream: “There are three of us here.”
She was careful with her announcement, first revealing the news to Vogue off-camera to ensure nothing would go afoul once the cameras were rolling.

Unfortunately, the star’s first pregnancy announcement did not go as planned with Serena accidentally revealing it over Snapchat with a selfie titled: “20 weeks”.
She explained at the time that she had been tracking her pregnancy on the app privately and told Gayle: “On social media, you press the wrong button and 30 minutes later I missed four calls and I’m like, 'That’s weird'.”
The sportswoman received a barrage of congratulatory messages from friends and fans, including a special comment from fellow sports star Lewis Hamilton.
Replying to a social media post shared by Williams, Hamilton wrote: “Many Blessings.”
