Emmerdale's Jonny McPherson revealed that he has been in a “happy” relationship with his new girlfriend for two years.
Discussing his new beau, Jonny said: “I am with someone. She is absolutely wonderful.
“We’ve been together for a couple of years. I am really happy,” he added to OK! Magazine.
Jonny’s new relationship comes after his split from co-star, Natalie J Robb, who plays Moira Dingle in the ITV soap.
They got together during lockdown but split in June 2021.

Speaking out after the split, Natalie explained that they are “better off as friends” after their relationship became “too intense too soon”.
The 48-year-old told The Sun: “Unfortunately, it was Covid times, so there was this added pressure.
"He moved in with me during the first lockdown and it was just too intense, too soon.
“And if you’re not used to that, which I hadn’t been for a while, we realised pretty quickly that we were better off as friends.”
Shortly after their split, Jonny went back to his houseboat after living on it on-and-off for around four years.
Opening up about his living arrangement to Lorraine, Jonny said: "[You've got] everything you need.
"It's seven feet wide, a traditional English narrowboat. So I can barely stick my arms out! It's got a seven-foot cabin height, so I can just about get on my tip-toes.
"You've got a living area for watching telly or whatever, then you've got a place to eat, a kitchen and a bedroom. And that's it and that's all you need.”
Despite their split, there is no bad blood between the exes on the Emmerdale set.
Natalie added to the aforementioned publication: "We were doing a few scenes together the other day and it was lovely to see him.
“Our characters don’t really have much to do with each other on screen, so it was nice working with him.”
