“I want your stories. Good, bad, ugly. Anything. We have a different topic each week - you overshare with me, and I overshare with you.”

Gemma then went on to reveal the show’s next topic, as well as the startling anecdote she planned on sharing with it.

“The next topic we're doing is worst first dates - or worst any date, doesn't have to be your first,” she explained.

“But I want to know - have you been on a date that went horribly wrong for a reason that was funny or awkward or embarrassing?

Looking sheepish, Gemma continued: “Mine involved - I’m not even going to lie - mine involved me s***ting my pants in a car. It was awful.

“It was awful!” she repeated with an embarrassed laugh. “But I'm going to tell you about it.

“So the next episode - we're recording it on Wednesday, the 19th of April - if you have a story, email my team.”

Speaking a bit more about the podcast, she explained the range of topics they planned to discuss.

“To give you a brief overview of it, we're going to be doing some topics very light-hearted, very funny.

“Some will be a lot deeper about grief and about losing a child or losing a parent,” she added.

“There are different subjects, but it's you,” she told her followers. “It's all about you. I wanted it just to be real and raw - no sugarcoating. Nothing from agents saying, ‘You can't ask them this, you can't ask them that.’

“Well, we can ask anything - it's the overshare!” the former star added gleefully.
