First Dates' Jordan Dunbar dies aged 29 as tributes pour in for ‘beautiful person’
Jordan Dunbar was one of the first to appear on First Dates before going on to present My Yellow Brick Road.
Jordan Dunbar, best known for his appearances on First Dates Ireland and RTE’s My Yellow Brick Road, has died aged just 29. The TV star was one of the first people to appear on the Irish dating show in 2017.
His heartbroken family confirmed the sad news in a statement, which said: “He is predeceased by his loving mam Sharon and uncle Michael.
"He will be sadly missed by his loving dad Albert and Albert's brother and sisters, aunt Michelle, cousin Craig, his second family Gerry, Leeanne and Maria Nolan, his close friends Geena and Megan, relatives and a large circle of friends.
"May Jordan Rest In Peace," as reported by the Mirror.
Production company COCO Content, who makes First Dates, led tributes on social media.

A spokesperson tweeted: "Our hearts our broken with the death of Jordan Dunbar, such a talented and beautiful person.
"He was a joy to work with and it was a privilege to know him. Deepest sympathy to all who loved him."
An RTE spokesperson added: "We are very sad to hear of the death of Jordan Dunbar. A wonderful talent, gone far too young. Our deepest sympathies to his loved ones."
Jordan’s pal, named Jam, also shared a heartfelt message to his late friend.
