Michael Douglas, 78, shared a holiday message on Sunday as the Hollywood actor shared his hopes for the new year.
The icon appeared relaxed at home for his Christmas Day video where he told his one million followers that he hoped to see his friends a lot more in 2023.
Michael also prayed for peace on Earth and specifically for those in Ukraine who have been suffering for months following the war with Russia.
"A joyful New Year to you all out there! Happy happy holidays," he said to the camera.
"I don't know about you, but I miss seeing my friends," he continued. "Somehow since the beginning of COVID-19, you just don't see them enough, so that's my hope for the New Year!"
Michael finished: "As well as peace on, particularly in the Ukraine! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Lots of love, MD."
