'What's happened?' Millie Bobby Brown confuses fans with accent as American twang heard
Millie Bobby Brown is currently starring in new film Enola Holmes 2.

Millie Bobby Brown has sparked confusion with her accent following her recent appearance on The Tonight Show. The 18-year-old appeared to have an American twang during a chat with Jimmy Fallon, despite growing up in Dorset, England.
The actress was a guest on the show to promote her new movie Enola Holmes 2 in which she plays an English detective.
She's best known for her role in the American Netflix series, Stranger Things.
Taking to Twitter during and after the show, many viewers commented on her accent.
Mariyam Irfan wrote: "What happened to her accent?"

Gaten Matarazzo enjoyer/Ace week added: "Wait, why is Millie Bobby Brown now speaking with an American accent?"
Rad-Z commented: "I never knew #MillieBobbyBrown was from Britain... she hides her accent very well!"
Z typed: "Why are people crying about Millie Bobby Brown losing her British accent?? That should be a blessing."
Back in May, Millie told Jimmy how she learned her American accent by watching Hannah Montana.
She explained: "I watched Bugsy Malone and Godfather when I was like eight.
"And, my parents were watching all these movies with me and I was like, 'Yeah but Hannah Montana is Oscar-nominated, it's so good'.
"Hannah Montana is the best, everything about it is amazing and I got the American accent."
Millie went on to demonstrate her accent to the host, who seemed impressed.

Earlier this year, she revealed how she adapted to an American accent while working on Stranger Things.
"For the last five years I’ve been playing an American character in Stranger Things and I found it really challenging being British in this, even though I am a Brit," she told Radio Times.
"I had to learn how to speak again because I’m so used to speaking in an American accent."
The actress was born in Marbella, Spain to English parents Kelly and Robert Brown.
The family moved to Dorset when she was four years old and then onto Florida a few years later.
She rose to prominence playing her character Eleven in the Netflix science fiction drama series.
With this role, she earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at age 13.
She is also the youngest person ever to feature on the TIME 100 list.
