In April, Naga admitted she got carried away while running on the treadmill and ended up "hobbling" out of the gym.
The BBC Breakfast presenter opened up on the situation while chatting to her listeners on BBC Radio 5 Live.
She divulged: “My lesson learned, I went to the gym yesterday and I pushed it.
“I really pushed it, and I was so excited being back and I ran just a little bit too far.
“And I’m now hobbling today because I pulled my Achilles tendon, I think.”
Naga went on to brand herself a “fool” for the injury, as she knew she was overdoing it but didn’t stop herself.
The star added: “It’s really sore and I knew it was going and I just thought, ‘I’m just going to hit this marker’.
“Fool that I am! Anyway, lesson learnt."
