Host of self-titled show Steph's Packed Lunch, Steph McGovern, 38, has made an admission about her weight on Instagram. The TV presenter shared a picture of her lunch with her nearly 20k followers after a run this morning, which was made up of a burger and chips with cheese sauce.
And this is why I'll never lose weight
She captioned the post: "Post run lunch," alongside a snap of the homemade food.
Steph wrote next to the food: "Side note: And this is why I'll never lose weight despite the running."
Earlier in the day, Steph added to her stories that she had completed a 10k run in under an hour.
The picture also revealed that the star had burnt over a whopping 700 calories during her run.

Alongside a snap of the impressive statistics, she wrote: "Yes! Can't believe I did this today! Now dying..."
The star added that she was training for The Great North Run by using the appropriate hashtag.
Steph has another five months to train for the half marathon, which takes place in September.
In her next post, the TV presenter revealed that the recipe for the cheese sauce was from Great British Bake Off 2012 winner John Whaite.
Steph went on to give her followers the recipe.
The TV star explained that the sauce was the perfect accompaniment for "chips and nachos."
However, she admitted that she made a couple of errors while cooking, which resulted in her adding a few extra steps to the recipe.
She wrote: "Admittedly I did burn the bottom of the pan and had to sieve it into another pan to get rid of the burnt lumps before adding cheese! Whoops!"

In May last year the presenter opened up about her lockdown "weight gain" from being forced to stay at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
Steph confessed to her 403,000 Twitter followers she was planning to make "a start" by getting her gym gear on after gaining weight while she'd been housebound during lockdown.
The former BBC presenter wrote: "After gaining at least a stone in weight during lockdown (after not correctly shielding myself from the biscuit tin and crisp drawer) I have decided today is the day to do something about it.
"I’m going to wash my gym gear. #itisastart."
Last week the daytime show was taken off the TV guide in a schedule shake-up.
It comes as the presenter is taking a couple of weeks off over Easter and won't be returning until Monday April 12 in the show's usual time slot.
After Steph signed off last Friday, the official Twitter account for Steph's Packed Lunch broke the news to fans.
"And that's it - we're off air now over Easter. BUT - we'll all be back again on Monday 12th April at 12:30pm on @Channel4. See you then!" It wrote.
