EAMONN HOLMES has claimed that he should have presented BBC daytime favourite Homes Under The Hammer, as he loves property.

This Morning star Eamonn Holmes has spoken of his love of home decor in a new interview. He quipped that he should have presented long-running BBC show Homes Under The Hammer, as it tapped into his love all things property.
He even told Vicky Pattison on her The Secret To… podcast that he liked to visit showhomes in his spare time to get ideas.
“I should have presented that show Homes Under The Hammer," he told the former Geordie Shore star.
"I mean, it has my name written all over it,” Eamonn continued.
Asked if he enjoyed interior design, he went on to add: "I love houses.

“I could go round showhouses every Sunday."
Eammon said that his wife Ruth Langsford did not share his passion.
“My wife does not share the same affectation as I have for these things but yeah, that’s me,” the ITV star informed the host.
Commenting on Vicky’s house, Eamonn said: "I was admiring your walls and your pictures on them.
“Very nice. Very, very nice," he told her.
Eamonn regularly gives fans an insight into his own home on social media.
Just last week, he revealed what he had been working on in an Instagram update.
The 61-year-old presenter has created a stylish cinema room.

The Manchester United fan posted a picture of the completed renovation online, which features his favourite football team’s colours and included a framed-picture of their badge.
He captioned the photo, which he shared with his 724,000 followers: “A bit of redecoration today.
“Can't ever have too much #United Red,” he added.
The room featured a red leather sofa and matching lighting above the screen.
“Love your cinema room! My hubby would like this if I dare show him,” one follower wrote in the comment section of the post.
“Does Ruth have a say here?” another asked.
“We have strict demarcation lines,” Eamonn replied.
