Loose Women star Stacey Solomon, 30, is no stranger to sharing positive messages with her fan base and today was no different when she caught up with messages during a rare moment alone at home this morning. The mother-of-three appeared to have received messages from fellow mums, who had been experiencing mum guilt and exhaustion.

I just wanted to let you know that most of us all feel exactly the same.

Stacey said she was trying to respond to as many messages as possible in a bid to keep fans’ spirits up.

Taking to her Instagram story, she shared a post addressing life as a mum.

In view of her 3.7 million followers, she wrote: “Every morning that I’m up before the pickles and I say good morning and ask how you are, I lay here and read through morning messages.

“I try to reply to as many as I can but I can never get through them all.”

She added: “So, this morning I just wanted to let you know that most of us all feel exactly the same.

“A little exhausted, riddled with mum guilt. Not feeling good enough? Wondering if we’re making everyone happy and how thinking how will I get through another day on little to no sleep?

“Let me tell you this… you are a fantastic parent and an amazing person.

“You are everything your child needs and more. You are doing MORE than enough. Just your love alone is more than you’ll ever know."

She added: “The very fact that you question whether you’re a good person or a good parent makes you all of those things.”

Stacey concluded her post telling fellow mums to “keep going” and “smashing it”.

The mother-of-three followed up her post with a video about stretch marks and loving your body, as part of a new campaign.

The former X Factor star gave fans a glimpse of her “favourite stretch marks” which she said “sparkle in the sunshine”.

Stacey then added an unedited picture of her body while sat down as she proudly beamed for the camera.

She wrote: “Never be ashamed of who you are. Every tiny detail of your body tells a story of everything you’ve been through.

“All of the challenges you’ve faced, the highs and lows of your story so far.”

She went on to urge fans to “embrace every bit of us” and to be kinder to “beautifully diverse” bodies.

Stacey, who is in a relationship with Joe Swash, is a mum to three sons.

She shares one-year-old son Rex with her partner Joe and has sons Leighton and Zachary from previous relationships.

In an Instagram Q&A with fans earlier this year, the Loose Women panellist opened up about having more children in the future.

In response to a fan, she said: “I don't know, you just never know what's going to happen in the future but maybe, we'd love to.”
