FREDDIE STARR has died at the age of 76, according to reports. The comedian is believed to have been found dead at his Spanish home yesterday.

Freddie Starr, who rose to fame in the 1970s, was reportedly found dead on Thursday afternoon at his home in southern Spain.
The English singer-turned-comedian, who was propelled into the limelight following an appearance on television talent show Opportunity Knocks, is thought to have moved to the area back in 2015.
Freddie, who was married five times, is thought to have been quite ill following his move several years ago.
His pretty apartment, which featured sun-soaked balconies, was in stark contrast to the Merseyside town where he was born.

Freddie's manager took to the star’s unverified Facebook page with a statement for his fans, which read: “This is Freddie's manager. Just to confirm Freddie has passed away. R.i.p to our greatest comedian of all time.”
His lifeless body was reportedly found by his carer at around 3.30pm, according to a neighbour who spoke to the Daily Mirror.
Another neighbour told the publication: “He’s been quite ill ever since he moved in and has barely left his apartment since moving in a couple of years ago.”
Soon after, the police arrived at the scene followed by an ambulance to take the body away.
The funny man was originally the lead singer of a Merseybeat band called he Midnighters before turned his hand to stand-up comedy.
