Strictly Come Dancing 2018 stars Stacey Dooley, 31, and Joe Sugg, 27, are co-presenting BBC's New Year's Eve concert Madness Rocks Big Ben tonight and took to Instagram to document their antics ahead of the show. Stacey reposted a clip from BBC’s Instagram page in which Joe took over camera duties and showcased the pair’s dressed-up looks.
