He played the dapper bachelor dating their mother, played by Sally Field, in the 1993 hit film which starred Williams as a desperate dad who goes undercover as a Scottish nanny to spend time with his children.
Brosnan paid tribute to Williams, who committed suicide three years ago, in a message on Instagram.
Alongside a photo of the reunion, he wrote: "Guess who? Today, after 25 years, I gathered around a table in the company of three beautiful young people to talk about a film that has touched the hearts of so many.
"Sally is on tour with her new book.
"Robin is in heaven making the angels laugh and was spoken of with the fondest of love and sweet memories.
"Can ya guess the movie?"
Lisa Jakub, who was 14 when she played older sister Lydia, spoke of how working with comedy legend Williams touched her life.
She said: "He was very open with me about his issues with addiction and depression - and I really appreciated that.
"I think he thought that was a prime time to really be open with me and honest.
"I have dealt with depression and I have anxiety and the fact that he was that honest, that willing to talk to me about it was something that was really special."
Next to a clip of the three child actors, Pierce wrote: "At the premiere of Mrs Doubtfire and here we are, we pull back slowly: Tada!"
He added: "Love you all so much... I want to get into the picture as well."
