MSC Cruises has announced a new partnership with Japanese-American food pioneer Roy Yamaguchi to bring his Pan-Asian cooking to MSC Seaside when it launches in December 2017.

The company already has partnerships with Carlo Cracco, an Italian TV chef; Jean-Philippe Maury, who has a string of pastry shops in America, and Hong Kong-born Jereme Leung - known for his modern Chinese cuisine.

New dining options are being developed for MSC Seaside and among the nine on offer will be a luxury fish restaurant with chef's table and a world-class international steak house where the beef will be dry aged on board.
Roy Yamaguchi will be personally involved in designing every element of the new pan-Asian restaurant, from the recipes and menus to selecting chinaware and music.
He is the founder of 30 Roy's Restaurants, mostly in the States, has won the prestigious James Beard Award, hosted six seasons of the television show Hawaii Cooks With Roy Yamaguchi and has written four cookery books.

One-of-a-Kind-Luxury Cruise Ships
MSC Seaside will sail year-round from Miami to the Caribbean on seven-night cruises starting from January 6, 2018.
The ship will call at Charlotte Amalie, on the US Virgin Islands, with its historic Danish buildings; Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, where Blackbeard the pirate once hung out; Ocean Cay, the MSC's private Marine Reserve, then back to the Bahamas and Miami.
