From injuries to thefts, comparethemarket.com has found which countries can prove to be hazardous to British travellers.
Spain has emerged as the worst place to both become ill and have belongings stolen.
As one of the most popular British holiday destinations, it might not come as too much of a surprise.
The survey used a poll of 8,000 British travellers to find out the best and the worst.
France was one of the worst places for a car accident, perhaps because of the popularity of family road trips around the country.
Yet Russia came in worst for both flight issues as well as lost luggage, so any nervous travellers would do best to avoid any Russian airlines.
And as a skiing destination, Austria was a place popular with activity-based injuries.

Unsurprisingly, two-thirds of holidayers worry about getting sick or injured.
And with one in 20 trips featuring sickness or injury, it can be hard to avoid.
