Emirates offers a cake and champagne service, with the cake being customised depending on the occasion of an anniversary, birthday or honeymoon.
For economy, it is an additional $30 (£23) on top, whilst business class get the service for free, although both need to be requested 24 hours before departure.
Cathay Pacific even have the cake service written on their website, at a cost of £30 which can also be customised.
