Under EU law, the flight has to be with a European airline and to depart from the UK, EU, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland.
If it is a non-EU destination or airline then travellers have to contact the airline directly as each one will differ.

For three hours or more, it can vary between £220 and £350, and up to £520 for over four hours.
