Google Maps Street View: What is trying to break into this house?
GOOGLE MAPS Street View has captured the moment a creature attempts to break into a house window. Bizarrely, it has made it to the second floor of the house.
The Google Maps images capture a bright green house with contrasting red windows.
On the second floor, a large animal can be seen attempting to enter through the window.
With a bushy tail and short legs, it appears to be a racoon trying to force its way into the house.
Spotted in Estonia, the creature cannot be confirmed.
It could have been a racoon dog, which is a popular creature through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
It could have been a racoon dog, which is a popular creature through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The house was located down a small side road in Narva, the third largest city in Estonia and near the Russian border.
The creature seemed to have scaled a tree to climb up the house, what with the smooth exterior providing no traction to stand on.
The pet had its face against the window, looking inside and nearly inside the property.
With its legs slightly off the ledge, it appeared to be clinging onto the pane.
Of course, the creature could have been escaping the window, instead of climbing into it.
However, it is illegal to keep a racoon as a pet in most countries so this is unlikely.
There are no people around so it appeared no one was harmed by the animal.
Apart from a small doll in the window, the creature was stuck in the window by itself.
Hopefully, it managed to get down without any further harm.
Animals getting into tricky situations are often captured on Google Maps Street View.
A dog got its body stuck in a metal gate and was seen trying to escape on Google Maps.
Another animal that was caught in a funny situation was a young dog who was with his rollerblading owner.
They appeared to go too fast for the dog and it tripped over, only to be pulled along the pavement.
To his credit, the owner looked shamed and made sure to help the mutt back up.
