The Smackdown Women’s Champion appeared on the Australian breakfast radio show The Kyle and Jackie O Show ahead of WWE Super Show-Down, which is scheduled to take place on October 6 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
KIIS FM radio host Kyle Sandilands presented his theory to The Princess of Staten Island and she awkwardly denied any knowledge of the situation during the interview.
Sandilands said: “I’ve got to say, the John Cena and Nikki thing, something suss is going on there. I didn't believe the breakup, I thought it was bulls**t.”
Carmella replied: “I honestly have no idea. But if it's on the internet it's got to be true, right? You never know. Honestly, I have no idea.”

Cena and Bella shocked the WWE Universe and world of showbiz when they suddenly broke up two months ago just days before their scheduled wedding in Mexico.
Rumour had it that the ex-Divas Champion broke up with The Champ because he didn’t want to be a father.
However, the two-time Divas Champion dismissed the reports and insists she pulled the plug because she had cold feet ahead of last month’s wedding.
The former celebrity couple got engaged last year at WrestleMania 33 in the middle of the ring after beating The Miz and Maryse in a Mixed Tag Team Match.
The WWE superstars seem keen to work things out and Cena claimed that he still wants to marry Bella and have a family with her.
Cena's last WWE in-ring appearance took place at the Greatest Royal Rumble two months ago where he beat legendary rival Triple H and will return on October 6 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia for WWE Super Show-Down.
