WWE: Seth Rollins aims to defend title after beating Lesnar
Lesnar and his advocate Paul Heyman decided to end their night as quickly as possible as a sign of protest for not being in the main event.
The Beast launched a brutal assault on Rollins before the bell even rang but the challenger took advantage of the referee being knocked down.
The now Beast Slayer delivered a Low Blow and then picked up the win with three Stomps on the UFC legend.
After the match The Architect walked out with the Universal Championship in front of a jubilant crowd.
The cameras then shut off and WWE went to a short commercial break.
Lesnar was left lying on his back looking obviously dejected while Heyman stood over him and broke character as he held his fighter's hand after his heartbreaking defeat.
The MMA hero then got on his knees and expressed his disappointment at the outcome of the match.
The six-time world champion stood up and was greeted with a standing ovation from a section of the fans before walking to the back with Heyman.

Lesnar's future is currently uncertain as rumours have suggested that he will return to UFC.
The ex-WWE Champion has been linked with a UFC Heavyweight Championship Match against Daniel Cormier.
The former Universal Champion was expected to rejoin Dana White's promotion last year as well following WrestleMania 34.
However, Lesnar defeated Roman Reigns and signed a new deal with Vince McMahon's company.

But Lesnar's next appearance is currently unknown.
