Conor McGregor has seemingly hinted that he may head to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where Khabib Nurmagomedov will hold a Q&A session later today.
McGregor dropped the bombshell in a quickly-deleted tweet on Thursday morning, which read: “Cavalry, Canada.
McGregor, 30, hasn't set foot inside the Octagon since claiming the lightweight title in the main event of UFC 205, a card where he became the promotion's first simultaneous two-weight world champion.

Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz has claimed the UFC brass haven’t contacted him about a fight with 'The Notorious'.
“To be honest, man, we’re training,” Abdelaziz said during an appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show. “We’re getting ready for somebody. Conor has some legal problems.
“He has a boss, he works for a boss and I haven’t heard anything from his boss. Conor’s boss has not called me, has not talked to me and has not asked me about anything.
“I said, Conor’s boss has not called me and has not asked about anything yet.
“Do you know who’s Conor’s boss, right? Conor is the number one b***h for Dana White. He writes his paycheques. He’s his boss.”
Conor McGregor issues statement
McGregor has revealed he’s thankful to have avoided jail for his actions at the UFC 223 media day in Brooklyn, where he threw a dolly through the window of a bus.
After having a plea deal, in which he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and agreed to take part in community service, accepted by the Brooklyn District Attorney, McGregor said: “I just want to say I’m thankful to the DA and the judge for allowing me to move forward.
“I want to say to my friends, my family, my fans, thank you for the support.”
McGregor, 21-3, is expected to be welcomed back to the Octagon by Nurmagomedov, his successor at the summit of the lightweight division.
