Darren Till next fight: Till to meet UFC brass at UFC 226 to discuss next opponent
DARREN TILL NEXT FIGHT - Darren Till will meet the UFC brass later this week to discuss his next fight.
Liverpool’s Till hasn’t set foot inside the Octagon since edging Stephen Thompson at The Echo Arena in May.
Victory over ‘Wonderboy’ saw Till’s name rocket up the welterweight rankings into second spot.
Till’s new placing in the 170lbs rankings has made many wonder who he’ll be matched up with next and when we’ll next see him in action.
And on Sunday night, ‘The Gorilla’ revealed, he’ll meet with UFC chiefs in Las Vegas later this week to discuss who is next for him.
In his latest Instagram post, Till said: “Vegas Wednesday to watch @ufc 226 & plan my next fight, Anfield Square Garden. Peace motherf*****s.”
Till doesn’t mind who he fights next as he plans on clearing out the entire welterweight division.
“I don’t care who is next. I want anybody. I want everybody,” the 25-year-old said after bagging the biggest victory of his career.

"I don’t care if I get a title shot next. I want to fight all of these guys. Everyone will get it from me.”
UFC president Dana White is keen for Till’s next fight to place stateside, saying: “He’s going to Vegas next, buddy.
“I hate to break your heart. But he’s going to Vegas next.
“I don’t know when or who he’ll fight, but we’ll probably bring him to Vegas next."
Till is excited at the prospect of fighting in the USA but has currently his heart set on fighting at Anfield, the home of his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
“Right now, I could sell Anfield out,” a fired-up Till said.
“Tony Bellew sold Everton out, so I’m going to do Anfield. That’s the next goal.”
He added: “America’s amazing. We all know about Las Vegas and Madison Square Garden.
“But why can’t I be the guy to bring the UFC to a stadium here in England, here in Liverpool?”
Liverpool Football Club applied for permission to host 10 music or other sporting events late last month, which is a giant step towards Till fighting at Anfield.
