Floyd Mayweather Jr has seemingly performed a huge U-turn on a potential mixed martial arts fight, which has poured cold water on talk of him rematching former UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor.
“I’m an old man now so you know, there’s no more fighting for Floyd Mayweather,” the Olympic bronze medallist asked when discussing a possible fight in the UFC.
He added: “I’m not thinking about fighting right now.
"As of right now, I'm touring around the world, doing different things, embracing my fans, getting love from all around the world, right now I'm just travelling. I don't know what the future holds, but as of right now, I'm retired."
